"Welcome" to ReViBE project

The ReViBE project was born to strengthen and enhance research carried out done both in Ikerlan and in UPC in the field of batteries.
Both centers investigate the state of health and the end of life of Li-ion batteries, commonly used in the electric vehicle industry. Several techniques, such as EIS, LCA, entropy, differential charge are used. In addition, the automotive industry believes that such batteries have sufficient capacity to be used in other applications once they have completed their life in the vehicle.
In this sense, the project ReVibe delves into the possibilities, business, analysis of health status and life expectancy of such batteries in these second lives.
